Demo debris clear-out — light iron and tin, 3 pulls

Interior strip-out debris that has to be gone before the site handover on the 5th. This is bulky low-density material — ductwork, ceiling grid, metal studs — so it fills a container by volume long before it fills it by weight. Three roll-off pulls, realistically. We are not looking to be paid for this. We are looking for it to be gone by Wednesday, and we will pay up to $900 total to make that happen. Any recovered metal value is the hauler's and the yard's to split.

Weights are the generator's estimate at posting. They carry no settlement weight — only a certified reading does.

Bundling both sides into one all-in quote would force every yard to also solve trucking — the exact capability small yards lack. Splitting the bid lets a yard that cannot dispatch a truck still compete on price.
